2.Basic Department,Zichuan No.2 Vocational School,Zibo 255100,China)Abstract: The authors investigated and analyzed current quality status of primary school PE teachers participating in the new curriculum training in Shandong Province, and revealed the following findings: the quality of primary school PE teachers participating in the new curriculum training in Shandong province presents an obvious discrepancy in terms of east region and west region, city and village, as well as young and old, and the quality is commonly on the low side; leader’s attention as well as PE teachers’ action to enhance their own quality consciously are the keys to promote the reform of basic education curriculum being carried out smoothly.
