摘      要：在中国格物致知的语境中，武术人以拳为物而格，以武之德的养成和拳之艺的继承创新而致知，形成了“格拳致知”的教育文化遗产：在对象上，将拳细分为“七拳”后，将所格之拳扩展到“身体之拳”、深入到“心意之拳”、延伸为“器械之拳”；在方法上，通过内视而格“拳病、分类、心意、时空、武德”；在目标上，以“武德之馨香和武艺之继承创新”成为德才兼备的武术人，这是致知之果。

Abstract: In the context of “Gewuzhizhi” (knowing things by studying), Chinese Wushu people study boxing as a thing, know boxing via the cultivation of martial morals and the inheritance and innovation of boxing arts, and form the educational cultural heritage of “Gequanzhizhi” (knowing boxing by studying): in terms of object, the author subdivided boxing into “7 boxing arts”, and then expanded the studied boxing to “body boxing”, deepened it to “mind boxing”, and extended it to “instrument boxing”; in terms of method, the author studied “boxing defects, classification, mind, time-space and martial morals” from the inner perspective; in terms of objective, becoming morally and technically perfected Wushu people via “the beauty of martial morals and the inheritance and innova-tion of martial arts”, is the result of knowing.
