SWOT analysis and development strategies for the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities

Abstract: Applying the analytical method of SWOT in the theory of modern management,the author analyzed the internal and external environments for the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities on the basis of knowing the advantages, overcoming the disadvantages, seizing the opportunities and eliminating the threats, and thus bringing forth the development strategies associated with the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in our country in the new era.
