体育教师反思性教学探讨

摘要：体育教师是影响体育教学改革的重要因素之一。体育教师不能单凭自身的运动技能和基本教学理论从事教学，而是要在具体的教学环境中不断地进行反思，才能把理论和实践有效地结合起来，成为解决问题并实施决策的人，以提高体育教师的专业能力。

Exploration of retrospective teaching by physical education teachers

Abstract: Physical education teacher is one of the important factors that affect physical education teaching reform. A physical education teacher cannot simply depend on his/her own sports skills and basic teaching theories to engage in teaching, but should constantly retrospect in specific teaching environment, and only by doing so can he/she combine the theories with the practice effectively and become a problem solver and decision maker, so as to enhanced his/her own professional capability as a physical education teacher.
