我国体育产业资产证券化的相关问题

| （广东教育学院 体育系， 广东 广州 510303） 摘要：资产证券化作为一种新型的资产处理方式和融资工具，在我国正处于探索和起步阶段。对于正逐步融入一体化经济的中国体育来说，资产证券化有利于推进体育本市场的发展，盘活银行不良资产，增强银行资产的活动性，推进体育市场的发展，优化体育产业的资本结构。建议建立政府主导型的体育产业资产证券化市场，发展体育产业资产证券化的一级市场，提供投资者的准入条件。 关键词：体育产业；资产证券化；融资方式；金融工具；中国 中国分类号：G80-05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2001）06-0040-05 |

Related issues about promoting the asset-backe d securitization of Chinese sports industry

(Department of Physical Education, Guangdong Educational Institute, Guangzhou 510303,China)Abstract: The introduction of asset-backed securitization as a new form and technique of financing is still at the beginning stage in China. At aim of economic globalization it will benefit China in the following aspects: It will stimulate the development of capital market, activate assets of the bank sports, and speed up the flow of the assets; it will also promote reform in the sports. Therefore, the paper suggests a asset-backed securitzation market under go vernment supervision should be set up, the primary market should be developed, and restrictions for new investors should be relieved of industrial estate.
