Abstract: In this research the three indicators of stereoscopic vision, the stereoscopic accuracy, crossed disparity and uncrossed disparity, were measured by random for boys and girls of primary middle school pre-and post-physical education classes. The statistical comparison showed that the stereoscopic accuracy and crossed disparity of the subjects had a significant improvement after the physical education classes. This suggested that the physical education classes and outdoor activities had a positive role to stereovision development of adolescents.
