| (Department of Physical Education, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan 430074,China) Abstract: By the methods of literature, logistic inference, and case study, the author discussed the issues related to the legal protection of domain name of Olympics in terms of the subjects and attributes of dissention for the domain name of Olympics, the fact of right robbed and its harm, and the legal adjustment and resolving system. Finally, some suggestions were provided.
