用开放式教学培养学生田径竞赛组织和裁判能力

摘要：对培养学生田径竞赛组织和裁判能力进行了研究。结果表明，以加强实践环节为核心，提高学生临场裁判和分析解决临场裁判实践中各种问题的能力为目标，使教学中的讲授、课堂讨论、辅导答疑、自学、作业、实习、观摩、讲座、考核等各个环节多层次、多形式、全方位紧密有序地结合在一起，能产生具有明显的综合效益，可以显著提高田径竞赛组织和裁判课程的教学质量。

On the students’ ability of organization and judging in track and field competitions by the open teaching

Abstract: This paper mainly deals with the exploration in students’ ability of organization and judging in track and field competition with an open teaching mode. It analyses the present teaching situation and methods, and advances a new idea and teaching methods, based on the theory of stereoscopic control, and centering around practice, to develop the ability of judging and solving actual problems with the methods of lectures, question answers, discussions, practice, observations, examinations, etc. It has reached the desired goal after carring out experiment on 836 students.
