Abstract: The thesis analyses and researches the features of PE economy, the Property right protective status, scope, content and rules of the PE knowledge, it also puts forward some advices and suggestions on how to build and standardize the knowledge property right protective system during the knowledge economic times, which offers the reference to perfect furtherly the PE knowledge property right protective system for the PE economic law enforcement department.
