| (1.Sport Department, 2.Graduate Department,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,Shanghai 200438,China; 3.Shanghai Sports Institute,Shanghai 200438,China) Abstract: The authors analyzed the mechanism for cultivating teenager talents of beach volleyball in China and affecting factors therein, and revealed the following findings: (1) the cultivation of teenager talents of beach volleyball in China is provided with a mono functioned mechanism and an imperfect system, and building a multi-hierarchy system for cultivating teenager talents of beach volleyball is the precondition to uplift the level of beach volleyball in China; (2)the only feasible way to cultivate teenager talents of beach volleyball is to rely on clubs. However, it is limited in terms of talent selection, training mean and method; (3) cultivating teenager talents of beach volleyball by clubs can solve problems such as insufficient fund, the lack of excellent teenager talents and athletes,as well as unmotivated training coaches,and can also enhance the efficiency and effect of teenager talents cultivation and expand the channel for cultivating teenage talents;(4)the factors that affect the cultivation of teenager talents of beach volleyball include external stimulation, internal assurance and scientific management.
