高新技术企业员工体育锻炼调查与分析

| (1.西安电子科技大学 体育部，陕西 西安710071；2.西安交通大学 体育部，陕西 西安710048) 摘要：对西安高新技术产业开发区内的高新技术企业员工参与体育锻炼的情况进行了抽样调查。结果显示：男女员工对体育的认知态度较为积极，但与实际的体育行为存在背离现象，男女参与体育的动机着重表现在生理、心理和社会需求3个方面，呈现出多元化。体育活动已成为一些员工进行业务洽谈的平台，老总级人物和高级管理人员的体育消费档次极高，员工学历由高到低，每周参与体育锻炼的次数呈上升趋势。 关键词：高新技术； 企业； 员工； 体育锻炼 中图分类号：G812.41 文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2005)03-0038-04 |

The survey and analysis of physical exercising carried out by the employees in advanced new technology enterprises

Abstract: The authors carried out a sampling survey on the situation of physical exercising carried out by the employees in advanced new technology enterprises in advanced new technology industrial development zone in Xi’an city, and revealed the following findings: The attitude of the male and female employees in recognizing the importance of physical exercising is quit positive, but it deviates from actual physical exercising behavior; the motive of the male and female employees for participating in physical exercising is mainly shown in three aspects,namely,physiological need, psychological need and social need, or in any combination of these three aspects; physical exercising has become a platform for some employees to do business; the class of spending by the bosses and senior administrators on physical exercising is extremely high; the frequency of physical exercising carried out by the employees weekly presents an ascending trend as their educational backgrounds rank from high to low.
