Abstract:With the data of reference and the methods of expert interview and questionnaire investigation,the author took a research on the college student's study motion in the gymnastics class whose major is physical education, thinking it have the characters, that is, the category variety, obvious pole and big fluctuation etc.and have complicated reasons, and the bad study motion affect the study result deeply; The teacher may enhance the control to the student's study motion in the class through the valid plan, making the student be placed in the good motion appearance and be stirred up the necessary motion experience, which is the key for the teacher to improve the teaching quantity in the gymnastics class.
