摘 要：探讨家庭功能、环境敏感性与初中阶段青少年居家身体活动的潜在因果关系。运用 交叉滞后研究设计，采用青少年家庭功能量表、环境敏感性量表、国际体力活动量表(短版)等， 对 607 名初中生青少年进行为期 8 周、两个阶段的追踪调查。结果显示：对于初中阶段青少年，家庭 功能的性别差异显著(P＜0.01)，两次施测的性别差异效果量分别为 0.139(d=0.282)和 0.119(d=0.240)， 居家身体活动的性别差异也显著(P＜0.001)，两次施测的性别差异效应量分别为 0.233(d=0.478)和 0.183(d=0.372)，而环境敏感性的性别差异不显著(P＞0.05)；家庭功能、环境敏感性和初中阶段青 少年居家身体活动满足跨 8 周的稳定相关性和同步相关性(P＜0.001)。交叉滞后分析表明，家庭功 能和环境敏感性均能够预测初中阶段青少年 8 周后的居家身体活动，并且环境敏感性能够中介家 庭功能对初中阶段青少年居家身体活动的影响，其中介效应量分别为 12.45%和 12.51%。研究结 论：对于初中阶段青少年，相较而言女生能够感知到更多的家庭功能，而男生的居家身体活动状 况更好；家庭功能、环境敏感性均会对初中阶段青少年居家身体活动产生影响，而且，家庭功能 可以通过作用于初中阶段青少年的环境敏感性而影响其居家身体活动。

Abstract: In order to explore the latent causal relationship between the family function, environmental sensitivity  and the adolescents' home physical activity in junior high school. Then used the cross-lagged research design, and  used the family function scale for adolescents, the environmental sensitivity scale, and the international physical  activity questionnaire-short form, this paper conducted an eight-week, two-stage follow-up investigation on 607  adolescents in the junior high school. The research shows that for adolescents in the junior high school, the family  functioning had a significant gender difference (P<0.01), and the effect sizes of gender difference for the twice test  were 0.139 (d=0.282) and 0.119 (d=0.240), respectively. And their home physical activity had also a significant  gender difference (P<0.001), and the effect sizes of gender difference for the twice test were 0.233 (d=0.478) and  0.183 (d=0.372), respectively, While the gender difference of their environmental sensitivity was not significant  (P>0.05). The family function, environmental sensitivity and the adolescents' home physical activity in junior high  school had the stable correlation and synchronization correlation across 8 weeks. The cross-lagged analysis revealed  that the family function and environmental sensitivity could all predict the adolescents' home physical activity in  junior high school after 8 weeks. Moreover, in the influence on their family function and home physical activity, the environmental sensitivity had a mediating effect, and the mediating effect sizes of the twice test were 12.45% and  12.51%, respectively. The study holds that for adolescents in the junior high school, female could perceive more  family function than male, while male home physical activity will be better than the female. The family function and  environmental sensitivity can all affect the adolescents' home physical activity in junior high school. Moreover, the  family function could affect their home physical activity through environmental sensitivity.
