| (Higher Education Institute, Hunan Institute of Engineering,Xiangtan 411101,China) Abstract: Nowadays there exists,to some degree,a blind “Self-saint Complex” in the field of the comparative study of PE culture between China and the West.Based on rational remarks and analyses,the author has summed up three types of “Problem” from the two dimensions of “True Problem” and “True Learning”.The author has therefore put forward a dividing line for judging “True Problem” in the study of PE social science.
