(1.School of Physical Education，Taiyuan University of Science and Technology，Taiyuan 030024，China； 2.School of Physical Education，North University of China，Taiyuan 030051，China) Abstract: Using the analytical framework of "life-system" and combining with the case materials of F women's sports association in Taiyuan, this paper analyzes and studies the release and promotion of independence of sports social organizations in the governance of "cooperation between government and society". In the process of cooperation with the government, sports social organizations should ensure the coexistence of compromise and persistence, and gradually construct the "political and social relationship" with equal writing on the basis of benign interaction between the two sides, so as to realize the two-way construction of "system" and "life". At the same time, in the era of the "strong government and weak society" under the condition of sports social organizations must learn to "add" and "subtraction" strategy, sports social organizations must closely with needs, and from "the life subject" from the goal of the system of "subject", through a certain "additive" strategy to resolve the contradiction, realize the win-win situation. Sense of responsibility and specialization are the core internal conditions for sports social organizations to acquire autonomy. Sports social organizations should always have a sense of social responsibility, ensure the professional level of operation and service, and achieve certain economic benefits based on this.
