摘 要：福柯是法国著名哲学家和“思想系统”历史学家，他的思想和学术语义已成为现代人思考和理解世界的方式。在总结前人研究成果及其观点基础上，运用文本分析法对福柯身体哲学观进行探讨。研究认为：福柯是继尼采将身体置于哲学研究重要地位的哲学家，身体是福柯身体哲学观的研究视角；政治经济学微分权力是操纵、塑造、驾驭、使用与改造身体的根源，也是身体遭受各种枷锁的成因，并具有身体惩罚的史学意义，而“自我风格化艺术”是福柯身体哲学观的实践路径，是解脱身体枷锁的技术方法。福柯身体哲学观的现实启示在于：合理利用目标导向发展中国竞技体育；倡导自由化与遵循规则并行的身体游戏；坚持有节制的人体养生。

Abstract: Foucault is a famous French philosopher and "ideological system" historian. His thought and academic semantics have become a way for modern people to think and understand the world. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results and views, this paper discusses Foucault's body philosophy by using the method of text analysis. The results show that Foucault is a philosopher who puts the body in an important position in philosophical research after Nietzsche, the body is the research perspective of Foucault's body philosophy, and the differential power of political economics is the root of manipulating, shaping, controlling, using and transforming the body. It is also the cause of the body suffering from various shackles, and has the historical significance of body punishment. The "self-styling art" is the practical path of Foucault's body philosophy, and it is the technical method to get rid of  the body from shackles. The practical enlightenment of Foucault's philosophy of body lies in: making rational use of  goal orientation to develop Chinese competitive sports; advocating the body game of liberalization and following the rules; adhere to moderate human health.
