Abstract: Based on the analyses of the types and characteristics of online teaching for college public physical education, this paper puts forward that online teaching of college public physical education can enrich and improve the teaching system of college public physical education in the new era, meet the needs of ubiquitous learning of college students in the new era, and lay the foundation of online and offline mixed teaching of college public physical education. At the same time, from the perspective of in-depth integration, this paper puts forth that the path of online teaching construction of college public physical education in the new era and mainly includes as follows: improving the understanding of online teaching of college public physical education, constructing suitable online teaching mode of college public physical education, and enrich online teaching resource system of college public physical education.
