Abstract: Under the post epidemic era, the online resources construction for physical education courses at college is a necessary guarantee for switching online teaching at any time under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and a necessary means to meet the needs of students for various types of sports special courses, as well as an effective way to expand students' sports vision through multiple channels, along with an inevitable trend to optimize physical education course resources. On the basis of investigating the open platform of mainstream online courses in China, this paper puts forward a teaching reform model of physical education courses in colleges and universities based on the concept of OBE, which aims at students' successful acquisition of learning results and designs different teaching methods, and develops personalized learning requirements and evaluation levels. According to the research, the main ways to integrate OBE concept into physical education curriculum include: determining clear learning achievement objectives, following the attributes of physical education curriculum to optimize the design of curriculum content, constructing classified and orderly online curriculum system, designing ways to achieve the objectives of blended learning, enriching the teaching scenes and characteristics of online curriculum, improving the technical content of curriculum, and building a diversified evaluation system.
