摘      要：采用文献资料、调查、专家访谈等研究方法，就上海推动长三角体育产业一体化发展问题展开分析。研究认为，上海参与长三角体育产业一体化建设，应恪守制度创新先行区、高质量发展示范区、国际竞争桥头堡和区域发展辐射源的功能定位，构筑与发挥地方政府投身一体化建设的动力结构与作用，将推进体育产权市场一体化、建设现代体育产业体系、开展促进体育消费试点、提升体育科技创新能力和实施肥胖症运动干预行动作为重要方向予以推进；可能的路径包括以文化认同增进一体化发展的群众基础、以机制完善强化一体化发展的制度保障、以战略融通打造一体化发展的实操空间。

Abstract: This paper adopts the method of literature data, investigation and expert interview to analyze the problem about the integrated development with sports industry in Yangtze River Delta promoted by shanghai. The study puts forward that shanghai participated in the integrated construction of sports industry in Yangtze River Delta should abide by the functional positions of the system innovation pioneer zone, high-quality development demonstration zone, international competition bridgehead and regional development radiation source, and build and exert dynamic structure and effect of integrated construction devoted by the local governments, which will promote the integration of the sports property market, construct a modern sports industry system, develop pilot projects to promote sports consumption, enhance sports innovation capabilities with science and technology, and implement obesity exercise interventions as important missions and directions. The possible paths may include that enhancing mass basis of the integrated development by cultural identity, intensifying institutional guarantee of the integrated development by mechanism improvement, and creating operational space of the integrated development by tactical permeation.
