摘      要：体育领域歧视现象无时不在，无处不在。体育歧视类型多样，既有身体、性别、年龄等自然意义上的歧视，也有民族、宗教、种族、政治等带有社会属性的歧视。体育歧视的本质是一种差别对待，源自于基于距离而产生的认识偏差。偏见与傲慢是体育歧视的心理动因和外在表现。体育歧视产生有其心理、历史文化和政治经济根源，因而体育歧视兼具自然和社会属性。体育歧视根本上违背体育之公平精神，并且已经对体育肌体造成多重伤害，需要借助文化塑造、制度建设和法律规制的力量予以消解。

Abstract: In the sport area, the signs of discrimination are everywhere all the times. Sports discrimination is type diversified, including physical, gender and age discrimination in terms of natural meaning, also including ethnic, re-ligious, racial and political discrimination in terms of social attribute. The nature of sports discrimination is a kind of differential treatment, which originates from the cognitive bias based on distance. Bias and arrogance are the psy-chological motivation and extrinsic expression of sports discrimination. The production of sports discrimination has its psychological, historical cultural and political economical roots; therefore, sports discrimination has both natural and social attributes. Fundamentally, sports discrimination violates the spirit of sports fairness, and has caused mul-tiple injuries to the sports body, needs to be eliminated with the help of the forces of cultural establishment, system construction and legal regulation.
