Abstract: As an important institutional form of governance by means of credit, blacklist management, based on market entities’ “credit” as the focus and grip, supervises and punishes law violating and trust breaching behaviors in order to promote market entities’ trustworthy management, and then to realize market discipline and order. Sports market black-list management is the application of the blacklist system in sports market supervision. In the system framework of sports market blacklist management, the credit records of sports market entities, which base on “the sports market blacklist” as the form of expression, are the foundation and core link. For boosting sports market blacklist management, we should, on the basis of referring to the experience of related predecessor fields, intensify sports credit information construction, and adhere to legal bottom lines and principles, and focus on protecting related entities’ legitimate interest.
