（School of Physical Education，Guangdong University of Education，Guangzhou 510303，China) Abstract: The establishment and implementation of the three-level basic education curriculum management system in China make the school-based implementation of the physical education and health curriculum become a must. School-based implementation is the process of embodiment of the physical education and health curriculum at the school level, the inevitable path for the connection between curriculum ideal and curriculum reality. In the school-based implementation of the physical education and health curriculum, we should accurately comprehend and actually execute curriculum standard spirit, base on curriculum objective fulfillment as the intention, compre-hensively analyze and effectively utilize school curriculum resources, scientifically work out school curriculum im-plementation plans. Physical education teachers are the key factor in curriculum implementation, should activate their curriculum practice wisdom, and improve their curriculum implementation ability.
