Abstract: On the basic of reviewing literature data, coupled with the results of expert interview, the authors formed an initial scale containing 43 items. Having carried out project analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the initial scale, the authors established an evaluation scale consisting of 25 items in such 4 dimensions as training system (F1), training process (F2), training resource (F3) and training effect (F4), and built a hypothesis structure model. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the goodness of fit between the hypothesis structure model and the sample data is acceptable. The results of reliability and validity test show that the scale has good reliability and validity, can be used as a measurement and evaluation tool for evaluating elementary and middle school physi-cal education teacher training quality.
