| （1.Department of Physical Education，Shenzhen University，Shenzhen 518060，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Shenzhen Polytechnic，Shenzhen 518055，China) Abstract: By using multiple research methods, the authors analyzed 6 ways used for Guangdong sports social or-ganizations accepting government function transfer, such as public bidding, competitive negotiation, price inquiry, single source negotiation, entrusting and financial aiding, dissected various problems existing in sports social or-ganizations accepting government function transfer, such as irrational supporting policies, insufficient degree of fi-nancial aiding and transferring, imperfect transferring and accepting mechanism, the after accepting performance evaluation system having not been established yet, etc, and put forward corresponding boosting countermeasures as follows: perfect laws and regulations; perfect legal assurance for social organizations to accept government func-tions; increase the degree of cultivating and supporting; enhance the vitality of sports social organizations; increase the number of sports social organizations; standardize the function transferring and accepting mechanism; scientifi-cally evaluate accepting performance, etc.
