The institution of a network of personnel in community sports in China

Abstract: This essay gives an strategic analysis on the necessity and the outlook of instituting the network of personnel in community sports, on the basis of defining the connotation and classification of such personnel. The author also puts forward an efficient measure to resolve the problem of lacking in such personnel at the present stage ,that is, to institute a network of personnel in community sports and accomplish the sharing of them in the whole society.
