摘      要：依据现代学徒制、五年制“3+2分段”、校企协同培养等新型职业教育人才培养模式，提出了常驻式、嵌入式、托管式、贯穿式、联动式等体育教学组织形式。高职院校新型体育教学组织形式具有灵活性、实用性、开放性、针对性、可操作性等特点，是提高体育教学质量和增强学生岗位体能，推进我国高职体育教学发展的大胆尝试。

Abstract: Modern vocational education is different from traditional vocational education; new vocational education talent cultivation modes such modern apprenticeship system, five-year “3+2 stages” and coordinated cultivation have appeared. In order to meet the needs of modern vocational education talent cultivation modes, the author put forward permanent, inlaid, trusted, penetrating and coordinated new physical education teaching organization forms. The implementation of new physical education teaching organization forms for higher vocational colleges needs the support and participation of various aspects.
