Abstract: From the perspective of cultural security, the author probed into the internationalized communication of Chinese traditional sports culture. Traditional sports culture has such modern values as highlighting national spirit, maintaining national unity, protecting sports local speech right, maintaining “cultural sovereignty independence”, etc. The author pointed out the following strategies for internationalized communication: innovate on cultural con-sciousness and conception, promote the “constructive recognition” of Chinese traditional sports culture; create the “national brand” of traditional sports by basing the carrier on industrialization; build a bridge for the international-ized communication of traditional sport culture by relying on Wushu spirit; exert the communication effect of mod-ern media, expand international cultural market spaces; exert the radiation effect of national politics and economy on traditional sports cultural communication.
