摘      要：对广州市的草根体育社团——“广东网球发烧友”进行调查研究，调查结果认为该社团具有活动内容丰富、影响力大、自身造血能力强等优势，但存在组织管理松散、成员流失严重、资金来源渠道窄等困境。提出的建议包括政府部门要加大对草根体育社团的政策支持力度；社团及时完善规章制度与管理结构；吸纳各行业专门人才；拓展资金来源；明确社团发展路线。

Abstract: The authors investigated and studied Guangdong Tennis Fanciers, a grassroots sports association, con-cluded that this association had such advantages as diversified activities, big influences and stronger self develop-ment ability, but also faced such dilemmas as loose organization management, serious member loss and narrow channels of found sources, and put forward the following proposals: the government departments should increase their support for grassroots sports associations; the associations should perfect their rules and regulations as well as management structures in a timely fashion,; recruit professionals of various industries; expand fund sources; specify association development course.
