| （School of Physical Education，Minzu University of China，Beijing 100081，China) Abstract: By basing the background on globalization and China implementing the “One Belt And One Road” strategy, and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of sports anthropology in contemporary China, the author put forward the ten-dency that sports anthropology in China will continue to develop toward diversified theory application and its research methods will be comprehensively applied, and expected the trend of development of sports anthropology in China in such aspects as that the researchers should develop disciplinary construction and application study in depth and breadth and learn to build time appeals. The author believed that as long as sports anthropological researchers in China intensify their efforts and work together, they will start an era in which innovations and breakthroughs will be made in terms of theoretical meth-ods, branch disciplines and application study, and continue to expand the path of international development of sports anthro-pology in China under the conception of the “One Belt And One Road” strategy, while finishing localization study.
