“八五”、“九五”期间广东高校体育师资队伍建设

摘要：对“八五”、“九五”两个五年计划期间广东普通高等学校体育师资队伍建设中有关的教师数量、学历结构、专业技术职务结构和年龄结构等4个主要问题，进行比较研究。研究结果显示：“九五”期间比“八五”期间，体育教师数量有所增长，但仍赶不上学生增长的速度；学历结构、专业技术职务结构，朝着良好的方向发展；年龄结构更加年轻化。

On the building of physical-education teachers at Guangdong colleges and universities during The Eighth and Ninth Five-year plan

Abstract:This paper, using the comparision method,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the teachers' quantity, their structure of educational background and of professional and technical posts as well as their age structure in the building of physical-education teaching body at Guangdong regular higher school during the Eighth and Ninth Fiver-year plan.
