有氧健身操对女青年身体形态和机能的影响

(1中国矿业大学 体育系,江苏 徐州 221008;2东北大学秦皇岛分校 体育部,河北 秦皇岛 066000) 摘 要:对持续参加6个月以上有氧健身操的部分女青年锻炼前后身体形态指标和机能指标进行测试,结果显示:长期参加有氧健身操锻炼可消除体内多余脂肪、降低体脂,增强肌力,使外型更加健美和谐;同时有效地改善心肺功能,提高人体的有氧耐力,对预防心血管疾病具有重要作用。 关键词:有氧健身操; 女青年; 身体形态; 生理机能 中图分类号:G831.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2003)01-0061-02 |
