Abstract: The significance of establishing sports skill learning quality standards is to let teachers, students, parents and society know what graduates have learnt and what standards have been achieved at various stages. A clear learning quality standard is not only a piece of evidence or a reference objet of learning harvest, but also a criterion for students to go on learning at a higher level. In order to comprehensively enhance the quality of learning of sports skills specified in the middle and high school physical education and health curriculum, and to accurately evaluate student’s sports skill learning quality, when establishing sports skill learning quality standards for different age stages, we should firstly clarify criteria for learning different sports skills, secondly understand student’s basic abil-ity to learn sports skills at different level stages, and thirdly establish sports skill learning quality standards for dif-ferent age stages based on teaching content criteria.
