| (Department of Physical Education，Hunan Huaihua Institute，Huaihua 418008，China) Abstract: According to the new training objectives for undergraduate courses in physical education specialty, basing his research start point on the characteristics of education,and getting breakthrough in the concept,content,form and the like,the author probed into the training mode of “integration of teaching,training and researching”, and considered that three dimensional training mode of “integration of teaching, training and researching” had been out of date,and that sphere structured training mode of “integration of teaching,training and researching” should be built.
