摘      要：职业篮球比赛观赏性的核心诉求是强对抗条件下的技术展演，而强竞技对抗的实质是强对抗条件下的竞技技术展示，二者本质上是统一的。强竞技对抗是职业篮球比赛的最重要的“看点”和“欣赏点”，其具有很强的观赏价值，这主要表现为艺术升华的审美欣赏价值、顽强拼搏的敬业价值、畅爽身心的休闲娱乐价值、规范习得的社会教育价值、公平公正的伦理示范价值、技战术创新的实用展示价值。为保持和增强比赛的竞技对抗强度，职业联盟(联赛)需要充分发挥自身的5种调节机制，即规则修改调控机制、实力均衡机制、赛制选择机制、联赛监督机制和训练目标激励机制。

Abstract: The core appeal of appreciation about professional basketball games is technical performance under the condition of intense contest, while the nature of intense competitive contest is the demonstration of competitive techniques under the condition of intense contest, both are essentially unified. Intense competitive contest is the most important focus of attention to and appreciation about professional basketball games, provided with a very high value of appreciation, which is mainly shown in the value of artistically sublimated aesthetical appreciation, the value of career devotion of being tough and working hard, the value of body and mind refreshing leisure entertain-ment, the value of social education about norm learning, the value of demonstration of fair and just ethics, the value of presentation of practical application of technical and tactical innovations. In order to maintain and enhance the intensity of competitive contest of games, the processional league (league tournament) should give full play to its five adjusting mechanisms, namely, rule revising and regulating mechanism, strength balancing mechanism, league tournament monitoring mechanism and training objective stimulating mechanism.
