摘      要：从组织机构、制度建设、裁判管理、监督机制和保障机制5方面，探寻中国足球超级联赛裁判员职业化的运行机制，提出高薪吸引足球专业高水平人才，培养专职裁判员，初步建立市场化体制下的裁判员管理体制，形成合同制劳务聘任关系；同时建立健全相应的中国足球超级联赛裁判员职业化相关制度，为中国足球超级联赛裁判员职业化道路提供必要的政策保障。

Abstract: From such 5 perspectives as organizational structure, system construction, referee management, supervi-sion mechanism and assurance mechanism, the author probed into the operating mechanism of professionalization of China Football Super League (CFSL) referees, and proposed to attract high caliber football professionals in the society to become fulltime referees by offering a high salary, to preliminarily establish a referee management system under the marketization system, to form a contracted labor employment relationship, to build and perfect related systems corresponding to the professionalization of CFSL referees, and to provide necessary policy assurance for CFSL referees to go on the way to personalization.
