| （School of Physical Education，Changzhou University，Changzhou 213164，China） Abstract: The authors clarified concepts such as change of the moral system of Sunny Sports, probed into the ori-enting value, adjusting value and operable value possessed by the moral system of Sunny Sports. On such a basis, the authors analyzed the feasibility and practicability of the moral institutionalization of Sunny Sports from the per-spectives of traditional customs in China, relevant moral systems for school physical education abroad, and realistic needs for developing Sunny Sports, pointed out that the moral institutionalization of Sunny Sports is an important measure for realizing students’ self discipline in sports morals, needed by assuring the effectiveness of college Sunny Sports, and lastly put forward basic ways to the moral institutionalization of Sunny Sports, namely, to estab-lish a good sports moral conception in schools, to form a good sports moral atmosphere; to specify basic principles for the moral institutionalization of Sunny Sports; to perfect school education supervision system, to establish a principal responsibility system.
