摘      要：退役运动员的就业与出路，一直是困扰我国体育事业发展，长期未能得到根本解决的难题。在分析我国退役运动员职业教育现状的基础上，阐明退役运动员职业教育的重要性，提出在目前函授教育、本科教育和高等职业教育3种主要渠道中，体育职业教育是当前解决退役运动员“出路难”的有效途径，尽快建立以体育职业技术院校为龙头，形成多类型、多层次、多形式、多渠道的运动员职业技能教育与培训体系，保证运动员在训期间完成职业技能教育与培训的同时，也能完成学历教育，从而拓展退役运动员的就业途径。

Abstract: The employment and ways out of retired athletes has always been a difficult problem that has hindered the development of the sports undertaking in China and has not been solved over a long period of time. On the basis of analyzing the current state of vocational education for retired athletes in China, the author specified the impor-tance of vocational education for retired athletes, and put forward the following opinions: among such 3 major channels as correspondence education, regular college education and advanced vocational education available today, vocational physical education is currently an effective way to solve the problem that it is difficult for retired athletes to find an way out; a multi-type, multi-layer, multi-form and multi-channel athlete vocational skill education and training system lead by institutes of vocational physical education technology should be established as soon as pos-sible, so as to ensure that athletes can complete degree conferred education while they complete vocational skill education and training during the training period, thus to expand the ways to employment of retire athletes.
