摘      要：体育调解作为一种体育纠纷解决机制，具有调解所具有的合意性、简易高效性、保密性、费用低等优势。英国、加拿大及国际体育仲裁院均建立有体育调解机制，我国应参照域外做法，构建与国际接轨的体育调解制度。

Abstract: Sports mediation as a type of sports dispute settlement mechanism has all the advantages which media-tion is provided with, such as desirable, simple, highly efficient, confidential and low cost. Britain, Canada and the International Sports Arbitration Institution have all established a sports mediation mechanism. China should, by re-ferring to the practice oversea, build a sports mediation system that keeps up with international developments.
