| （1.School of Physical Education，Yunnan Agriculture University，Kunming 650201，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Yunnan University of Finance and Economics，Kunming 650221，China） Abstract: The authors analyzed the characteristics, building and passing on of practical knowledge of physical education teachers, considered that practical knowledge of physical education teachers contains such characteristics as empirical, action specific, comprehensive, individual and dynamic, and that physical education teachers need to go through a self-building process to acquire practical knowledge, and emphasized that physical education class-room is an important place for lecturing practical knowledge.
