| （Department of Physical Education，Henan University of Science and Technology，Luoyang 471003，China） Abstract: The development of rural festive sports activities has gone into such a difficult situation as insufficient human resources, lack of funds and exhaustiveness of project resources. For how to find a way out of such a diffi-cult situation, the successful experiences of Fulu Guangxi and Neihuang Henan are worthy of our referral. For in-creasing the power for the development of rural festive sports, we should follow their development mechanisms, perfect stimulation measures, exert positive contributions of college students and external workers, whereas pay at-tention to finding more project resources, correctly handling interest relations between various parties, and adding vitality to the development of festive sports.
