| （School of Public Administration，Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology，Nanjing 210044，China） Abstract: There is a certain damage compensation relation between the Olympic volunteer organization, Olympic volunteer and guest. In volunteer activities, responsibilities for the damage of an Olympic volunteer as a victim should be undertaken by the third party, Olympic volunteer organization and volunteer himself/herself; a volunteer as an inflictor should undertake responsibilities for damage compensation; while the volunteer organization should undertake responsibilities as an organizer. “Damage insurance” and “liability insurance” should be established to protect the volunteers.
