Research of the medium and the supporting system of sports traini ng theories guide activities

Abstract: In this thesis,the author analyzed the current situation an d causes of the gaps between sports training theories and training activities by the methods of researching literature,interviewing experts,questionnaire invest igating and mathematics statistics.Then the author put forward that training con ception is the medium that sports training theories guide activities and studied the supporting system systematically in order to improve the scientific process of the Chinese sports training.
