| (College of Physical Education,Hunan Normal University,Chang sha 410012,China) Abstract: Considerable progress has been achieved in trying to make th e sports club professional;nevertheless,there still remain quite a few problem s which are hindering its deep and sustaining development. These problems are ma inly reflected in the following aspects: backward in management concept, unclear property ownership,unreasonable distribution mechanism,weak consuming power o f the mass,imbalanced district economic development,and inadequate cooperation with the news media.In order to provide a proper solution to these problems, t his article puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions,which in clude clarifying the property ownership, improving the management mechanism,est ablishing and perfecting the system of regulations of the sports club,transform ing management concept,enhancing managers' qualities, perfecting the intermedia ry institutions and brokers systems and adopting the financing policy.
