辽宁省高职高专与本科院校体育资源及教学现状比较 孙娟

（辽宁师范大学 体育学院，辽宁 大连116029） 摘要：对辽宁省高职高专院校与普通本科院校的体育师资、体育设施进行调查研究。结果发现，各级院校师生比例与国家要求仍有较大差距；学校领导重视体育师资队伍建设，重视在岗教师的培训，高学历、高职称人员逐年增加，但多数教师集中在三大球类上，不利于新项目的开展；体育场地不足、配置失衡，制约了学校体育的发展。 关键词：体育师资； 体育资源； 体育课程体系； 辽宁省 中图分类号：G807文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2006)05-0085-03

A comparison of physical education resource and current teaching situation between institutes of higher learning at two levels in Liaoning province SUN Juan

(College of Physical Education,Liaoning Normal University,Dalian 116029,China) Abstract:The author surveyed and studied the teachers and facilities for physical education in advanced occupational and secondary institutes of higher learning as well as in common regular institutes of higher learning in Liaoning region.The teachers and students in institutes of higher learning at these two levels still fall short of the requirements of the state to a great extent. The leaders have showered attention on the construction of the team of teachers for physical education as well as on the training of teachers at the post,while personnel with an advanced educational qualification or an advanced job title are increasing year by year. However,most teachers are concentrating on the three major ball events,which is not conducive to the development of new events. Insufficiency or unbalanced configuration of sports ground have constrained the development of scholastic physical education.
