中国体育改革的动力与阻力

摘要：运用政治学、经济学和社会学相关理论对中国体育改革的动力和阻力进行剖析。提出中国体育发展的需求是体育改革的内在动力，而体育所处的政治、经济、文化、社会环境为体育改革提供外在动力，体育改革的阻力则来自旧有观念、既得利益者和政策制定者、理论认识分歧和体育发展带来的惯性阻力。

Driving forces and resisting forces in sports reform in China

Abstract:By applying politics,economics and sociology,the author carried out an indepth analysis on driving forces and resisting forces in sports reform in China,and put forward the following opinions: The need for sports development in China is the intrinsic driving force in physical education reform,while the political,economic and social environments where sports activities occur provide the extrinsic driving force for physical education reform;the resisting forces in physical education reform are the resisting forces from old fashion conceptions,from the vested interest possessors and policy establishers,produced by discrepancies in theoretical recognition,and brought by the inertia of sports development.
