Abstract:Walking is primary activity during golf play. Bone mineral c ontent can be increased by both exercise of moving body weight and resist exerci se of strength training.Because of golf play is moving on the soft greensward p layingfield, which is insufficiency to stimulate bone mineral density. It is pos sible that golf exercise not may play an important role of bone mineral content.
