田径普修课六项全能项目的教学与训练

| (华南师范大学 体育科学学院，广东 广州510631) 摘要：通过对学院体育系田径普修六项全能项目各项目与总分及各项目之间相关的研究，探讨各项目在六项全能成绩的贡献，以及六项全能教学与训练对体育专业田径教学的实际意义。研究结果显示六项全能中跨栏、跳远、200 m跑三项目与总分相关最密切，而项目之间的相关最密切的也是跨栏、跳远、200 m跑，这为制定合理的六项全能教学与训练计划提供了充分的理论依据。 关键词：六项全能；相关分析；教学与训练 中图分类号：G820.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2001)03-0117-02 |

The teaching and training of 6 combined event in the field & trac k general classes

Abstract: To find out the contribution of each event to the total score and its practical guiding to the teaching and training,the cor relation between every event score and the total score, and the correlati on among the 6 event scores are studied. The data were from the students of the p hysical education department of south China normal university. The results show t hat the scores of hurdle race, long jump and 200 meter running are correlated closely to the total score, and the scores of these three events also have the close correlation among themselves. The results provide the suffcient theoretic basis to the arrangement of the teaching and training of 6 combined event.
