民间传统体育项目应用于学校体育教学的尝试

| (南通师范学院 体育系，江苏 南通226007) 摘要：从掺入民间传统体育项目教学和按教育部体育教学大纲教学的对比入手，探索它们的教学效果，发现：学校体育教学时选用民间体育项目教学和按教育部体育教学大纲教学在对增强学生身体形态、机能和身体素质的效果上是相同的，有些指标前者还好于后者；在教学内容上采用不同比例的民间体育项目，其效果也大致相同。 关键词：民间体育；体育教学；大纲教学；教学效果 中图分类号：G852.92 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2001)03-0055-03

Apply folk sports to the school physical education

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to compare the folk spor ts teaching with the school physical education teaching to explore the different teaching effect between them.The results show that folk sports items are as eff ective as ,or ever better than sports items prescribed in the physical education syllabus issued by the education ministry.Different proportions of folk sports chosen in physical teaching lead to more or less the same result.
