摘      要：大学竞技体育是日本竞技体育的重要组成部分，以日本的大学竞技体育组织为研究对象，阐述日本大学竞技体育组织结构，选取全国大学体育联合会、全日本大学棒球联盟，以及早稻田大学的竞技体育组织机构为例，分析日本全国性、地区性和学校不同层次的大学竞技体育组织。研究认为日本大学竞技体育组织机构有以下特征：独立性、松散性、自治性、差异性、历史性和传承性。大学作为推动日本竞技体育发展的重要力量，相关经验对我国当前大学竞技体育在增强话语权和培养高水平运动员方面具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: University competitive sports are an important constituent part of Japanese competitive sports. Basing his research subject on university competitive sport organizations in Japan, the author expatiated on the structure of university sports organizations in Japan, and analyzed national, regional and scholastic university competitive sports organizations at different levels in Japan by taking National University Sports Federation, Nationwide University Baseball League and Competitive Sports Organization of Waseda University for example. The author concluded that university competitive sports organizations in Japan had the following characteristics: independent, flexible, auto-nomic, differential, historical and inherited. Japan’s experience related to university competitive sports as an impor-tant force for boosting the development of competitive sports in Japan is significant for university competitive sports in China today to learn from in terms of reinforcing speech right and cultivating high performance athletes.
