| （School of Law，Shandong University at Weihai，Weihai 264209，China） Abstract: Sport legal liabilities refer to criminal, civil and administrative liabilities that should be undertaken by sport law breakers. In the current Sport Law, there are some defects in terms of the enactment of the subjects of sports legal liabilities, a lack of correspondence and harmony in terms of the criteria for the enactment of sport legal liabilities, and a lack of standardization in terms of legislation technology. Therefore, the revision of the Sport Law should be a comprehensive revision, needs to be carried out comprehensively in terms of the constitution of legal obligation system, legal liability and legislation technology, and should be kept consistent and harmonious with re-lated department laws.
